Loyalty faq
At checkout, log into your account or provide your phone number and email if you’re a guest. You’ll be asked to verify your account with a 4-digit code sent via text. Once verified, your points balance and eligible rewards will appear on the checkout screen.
Shop as usual, online or in-store, and earn 1 point per $1 spent—excluding tax, delivery fees, and non-eligible items (if any).
Yes! You earn points on every eligible purchase, so if you’re redeeming a reward on top of that, you will still earn 1 point for every dollar you spend.
Points typically appear within 15 minutes of a purchase but may take up to 24 hours in some instances. If you are still missing points after 24 hours, it’s likely that your phone number or email was not correctly recorded at checkout. Reach out to us, and we’d be glad to help you.
Points expire 365 days from the date that they are earned. That’s plenty of time but don’t let them vanish!
You don't have to use it. You’ll still be a Loyalty member to us--with or without it. But you’ll miss out on hot deals and rewards delivered through Wallet Pass only. And having your points balance literally at your fingertips.
