Is cannabis legal in New York?

Yes! Recreational cannabis use is legal in New York for adults 21 and over. You can possess, purchase, obtain, and transport cannabis in limited quantities.

Do I need an ID to buy cannabis?

Yes. You must be 21 or older to make a purchase in-store or online. A government-issued photo ID (like a driver’s license or passport) is required.

What kind of products do you sell?

We offer a variety of cannabis products to suit your needs, including:

What’s the difference between indica, sativa, and hybrid strains?

How much cannabis can I buy?

Under New York law, you're allowed to purchase up to 3 ounces of cannabis flower and 24 grams of concentrate at a time.

Can I place an order online?

Absolutely! Just browse our menu and place your order for in-store pickup. Select your items, check out, and we’ll have everything ready for you within 15 minutes.

Do you offer delivery?

Currently, we don’t offer delivery services—but stay tuned, we're rolling it out very soon!

What forms of payment do you accept?

Only cash at the moment. Credit/debit cards are coming soon!

Can I return or exchange products?

Due to state regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on cannabis products. If you have any issues with a purchase, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to make it right!

Are your products tested?

Yes, all of our products are lab-tested by state-licensed facilities to ensure quality, safety and accurate potency.

Where can I consume my cannabis?

Cannabis can be consumed in private residences or in licensed consumption lounges (coming soon!). It’s permissible to smoke in public areas but not where cigarette smoking is prohibited or while driving.

How do I store my cannabis?

Keep your cannabis in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight, and in an airtight container. It’s best to store it away from children and pets.
